Why pick Harmony & Heart?
There are a huge number of Support Coordinators in the NDIS Marketplace and it can be confusing decision. Unfortunately there are many companies who offer Support Coordination services as a way to ‘funnel’ participants into the other services they provide, such as direct care services, supported accommodation or various therapies. This presents a huge conflict of interest and can result in receiving biased advice that isn’t necessarily the best option for the participant. I have also heard of many participants feeling let down by their Support Coordinators.
Harmony and Heart is a truly independent Support Coordination Provider. As a sole trader, I will work with you directly to implement your plan and work towards achieving your goals. Unlike big companies, where employees have targets on the number of billable hours to be reached each day, my measure of success comes from my clients level of satisfaction in the service.
